How do they do voice acting with different voices?

Hello! I find many sites where they offer to do voice acting in different voices, and it would be okay if there were 10-20 of them (voices), and so there are more than 100 on some, more than 400 on others, on the third and 400 male + the same number of female + children's + English ...... The
question is how they do it, how many people do not work for them, that is, everything is done through some kind of software. Googled how to do it, found options for Adobe Audition, Auducity, MorphoVox and many others, but this effect could not be achieved.
Please help me understand how this is done?

1 actor can speak in different voices (10 pieces) + sound processing (+ 40 more pieces) and as a result, 50-100 votes can be raised from one speaker
