How to extract part of the audio track from a Youtube video?

I found a video on YouTube, where there are the sounds I need, I want to pull them out of there, unfortunately, many days of googling on this topic did not give any results, so it was decided to simply "cut" the desired sound from there. What will be the proposal ideas? On board Linux Debian.

Alternatively, you can record the sound you need through the blitzsound program.
Records everything cleanly (through the speakers), you still need a WAV → MP3 audio converter.

Command line
apt-get install youtube-dl
(debian 8-9) or
apt-get install cclive (debian7)
