So I made several projects, filled my hand and portfolio, but how to present it as beautifully as professional freelancers, employees? Do they do every project like this in photoshop, or is there some kind of website, program, template?

This is done with hands and head.
There is nothing super outstanding, just quality work.
A document is taken, fills it with white, first puts a logo, below a macbook with a design inserted inside. Scatters fruits in the corners (special skills are not needed for this). Next, a layout is attached from below, a shadow is added.
Then he places 2 cards, again throws fruits around the edges, some fruits are blurred so that they "like fly from all sides."
That's all your work. Coming up with such a concept after f*cking a dribble is not difficult, but everything is done neatly. Train and you will be fine.
