On the example of one of the largest aggregators - Yandex.Market, I can say that they understand this very badly and there is no magic here. The Market constantly has accessories instead of phones or phones of the wrong modification in the price list, and what happens in the laptop section is pure hell.
I suspect that they are trying to compare relatively "smartly", throwing out the excess and normalizing as much as possible.
