Hello, I'm interested in the physical process of sending goods to end consumers by IMs.
Is it necessary to conclude an agreement with the Russian Post or can the courier just come with the goods and send the parcel cash on delivery?
My wife and I want to open an IM until we register as an individual entrepreneur, just to see if it will shoot or not. Therefore, we will simply come to the post office and send parcels with an overlay - can the post office find fault with our activities? Does the post office have a limit on sending parcels to one individual?

Big companies send almost the same way.
For example:
1. An agreement is concluded either with an intermediary company or with the mail itself, that the services of sending and receiving by mail will be provided. That is, their people will come (arrive) to the post office and send according to invoices.
2. A mailing department is opened, where people consolidate orders with mailing, for example, in a warehouse and, having collected a full gazelle, go to the department for legal entities, where they hand over everything according to the invoice.
For you, there are no problems with sending and the Federal Tax Service will not come to you soon. But it is better not to delay and register an IP.
