How do online language schools pay their teachers?
There are many projects that allow you to learn languages via Skype. The most famous (EnglishDom, English-by-phone and many others).
I wonder how these services pay remuneration to teachers? Teachers receive a percentage of each lesson, teachers are not on staff. After all, transfer money from a legal entity. persons in physical face just can't be. There must be reasons. But in this case, there is no labor or civil law contract.
Most likely, the money is transferred to the account of the teachers before they are credited to the bank account of the organization (language online school), since they are usually paid to such teachers using Yandex.Money (Russia) or PayPal (other countries). But the question of how this is done technically and legally is not clear.
Thank you!

Given that SkyEng, according to the information on the site, is registered as an individual entrepreneur, I would start searching for "Cooperation between an individual entrepreneur and an individual."
