I recently decided to verify my Skrill account so that there are no unnecessary problems.
Submitted a request with the necessary documents in Russian. As I understand it, they have Russian support.
The verification request stayed in the "New" for about two weeks, after which it simply disappeared, no notifications were received by mail. And this is not the first time...
Then I called Skrill Russia support, but they answered me there in English.
Only now comes the thought, maybe they don't have Russian support? Therefore, my requests in Russian went nowhere.
What to do? Have you experienced something like this?

And what about verification? Passed? My skrill worked and worked without verification, and yesterday it was forbidden to withdraw money. I tried to pass verification six months ago - no answer, no hello. now the money is on the account, but I can’t use it, if technical support again ignores the verification request, it won’t be fun at all.
