How do I transfer a Unity project to another organization or remove it from my own organization?

I have an organization in Unity. When I created my project, it was created in this organization as well. Now we need to transfer this organization / project to another person. How to do it? Well, or is it possible to somehow leave the organization if I am the owner?

Open project via dashboard. Go to its settings, to the General item and there will be a Transfer item.
