How do I sign in to Dropbox now?

Maybe someone had a similar problem, I would be grateful if you tell me how you solved it.
The situation is out of the ordinary.
Two-factor authentication has been set up via the Google app. But now there is no phone and dropbox offers two recovery methods.
Through the 16 character recovery code - which is not suitable.
Via SMS to phone. SMS comes, but there is nowhere to enter it. The input window is still titled: "Enter the code generated by the application" if you enter the SMS that is sent there, it says that it is wrong.
These are the things :( I wrote in support in Russian and English. They didn’t answer in Russian already.

Do you have the files on your computer?
Then isn't it easier to get another DropBox account?
