Installed Virtual machine with OS Windows Server 2012 R2, I go under the generated password and login administrator. And how to add another user so that they can use it at the same time?

Just like on the real one - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Add User. Then give this user access rights via RDP, including in the group "Remote Desktop Users". You can control which groups have access to RDP on the Remote Access tab of the System Properties window
