Is there a CMS for ASP to view and search files?

I am looking for a CMS to view and search files on Windows Server 2012 r2. There is a file server with several hundred folders, they contain dozens of files, mostly pictures. I would like to attach a web interface to this so that the pictures are displayed in the browser as in Explorer and you can search by file or folder name.

I searched myself, most of them for ASP.NET are paid, for example, DevExpress or Telerik.
More precisely, there are quite a lot of free file managers, but they only have the client part implemented, you have to write the server connector yourself.
Of the free ones for ASP.NET, only IZWebFileManager was found.
