How do I set up routing/forwarding so that some VPN clients have access to the networks of other VPN clients?

Hello, I have a PPTP VPN server (Keenetic Ultra 2 router) with a white IP and a client with a gray IP (Keenetic Omni router). This is necessary to combine the locales of 2 mini-offices.
The essence of the problem: there is a need to connect via VPN from a home computer and connect via RDP to a computer behind a router-VPN-client. How do I set up routing/forwarding so that some VPN clients have access to the networks of other VPN clients?

I had something similar, only in the central office there is a win server 2008 r2 with an on-demand cart interface and keentik was connected to it. The entire network was visible from the server network and clients from the network behind the kinetics did not ping anything. Server network 192.168.155.0, keentik network 192.168.254.0. vpn addresses are issued from the server network 192.168.155.59-72. On keentik, such a route to the network 192.168.155.0 through the vpn interface. The server has a static route for vpn 192.168.254.0. and that was not enough. Everything was solved by adding a route for vpn 192.168.155.59 on the server with a mask of 255.255.255.255.
