There is a desktop PC without Internet access, connected directly via Utp to a laptop. An old laptop with a wifi module distributed the Internet to a PC, but soon Windows crashed (A disk read error).
How to restore Windows or boot a laptop without a hard drive and provide Internet on a PC, provided that flash drives and CD / DVD are not available?
