How do I set up a VPN through my other computer?
There is a computer-1 with a white IP address.
Another computer-2 in another country can be tracked.
How can I, without using paid services, completely direct all traffic from computer 2 to computer 1, so that the provider of computer 1 does not understand what I'm doing and what sites I visit?

If computer 1 does not work through the VPN, then the provider can see where you go and what sites you visit anyway. If computer 2 also has a white IP, then raise a VPN between them - but this will hide traffic on the "computer2 - computer1" section, and not on the "computer1 - Internet" section.
Well, this is not counting the fact that it can be difficult to launch a VPN in a "different country".
