How do I set up a multi-purpose goal with referrals to a third-party payment site and a return to the current site?

Yandex.Metrica

A composite goal has been set up in Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics for an order in an online store.
The problem is that payment is not made on the site itself, but on a third party. After a successful/unsuccessful payment, the user returns to the site to the page of successful or unsuccessful payment.
The goal itself consists of several stages:

1. visiting a specific page
   
2. submitting the form
   here the user goes to the payment site
   
3. visiting the page about successful or unsuccessful payment
   

And here the 3rd stage is not tracked. Although in a non-composite, regular goal, achieved goals are noted. But in the composite they are not counted in Yandex Metrica.

Can you please tell me how to set up such a composite goal in Yandex.Metrica?
