How do I set up a Google Payments Profile for the Developer Console in my case?
The situation is as follows:
I myself am a citizen of Russia, but I have been living in Armenia for a year now (without a residence permit), I also have a card from an Armenian bank. BUT the registration is still Russian (although I can try to provide receipts as evidence of residence at the current Armenian address).
I recently made an application and would like to put it on the market for a fee. However, Google's website says that for the payments profile, the country and address of residence of the person must match the country in which the account is opened. And here is the catch: I have a Russian passport and the account is registered to a Russian address, but both the bank and the account are in Yerevan and I currently live in Yerevan.
Opening an account in Russia is not an option.
Maybe you can tell me what to do?
How meticulously will Google check my address if I enter my current one (in Armenia)?
