How do I set my HP Color LaserJet M750 Printer to print in color only?

Hello!
Faced such a task, the office has a laser color printer, users send everything to it indiscriminately, both pictures and text, which often clogs the printer. So, tell me who has any thoughts on how to limit the output of printing to the printer only color documents?
I rummaged through the web face, there you can configure it so that only specific users have access to color printing, while the rest have a black and white image to print, but how can I do it differently? So that he does not print monochrome documents at all.
Again, judging by the web muzzle, the printer is able to distinguish between color printing and monochrome:

It would be nice to make a full-fledged ban on printing single-color pages, that would be ideal. But here's how to implement it? Maybe someone else has some ideas? Has anyone faced a similar issue?

For everyone, assign a different (b/w) printer as the default printer. Then, to print in color, the user will need a few extra clicks. And people are lazy by nature, they don't want to make extra clicks unnecessarily.
