Tell me, what is the best way to send e-mail from a site (make a mailing list), which is located in the WindowsAzure cloud? Maybe a standard service is buried somewhere in azure?

1. SendGrid offers 25.000 email per month for each Windows Azure subscriber

2. Third party SMTP
3. Raise your own SMTP
4. Make a direct send, i.e. resolve recipient's DNS, read MX records, connect, send mail (look for ready-made modules/libraries)
