How do I restore the Digital Oceans test server?

Who knows well behind Digital Oceans?
this is the first time I deal with it, the bottom line is that I took an order, initially did it on my server, but after that I was asked to upload it to their server (I had no idea where they rent it)
after a while the site stops working, I requested access, I stumbled upon Digital Oceans, but there wasn’t a single service there, after that I was told that the server was a test one, but there were so many developments on it, a backup of 80% of the code and 50% of the database
Who knows what can be done to restore and how much time
I have there are no snapshots, to create, I wrote in the TP, do you think it will give the go-ahead?

Crap. They knocked out a test server, then they didn’t pay for it, the ocean deleted it.
Everything is honest, dosvidos ...
Take money from the bottom for re-development, the customer's cant

nothing. if there are no snapshots and virtual machines, then no one will recover this data from a disk that has been cleaned and overwritten.
As they say, there are 2 categories of people: those who do not make backups yet and those who no longer do)
