How do I resolve the SYSVOL replication error?

There were two domain controllers on the network. One controller, which was the global catalog, died a heroic death. The FSMO roles were successfully seized by another domain controller, after which the DNS was shoveled to remove any mention of the failed controller. Group Policy is not updated right now. DCDIAG says:
"Running Check: FrsEvent There have been warnings or errors
in the past 24 hours after sharing SYSVOL . SYSVOL replication failures can cause Group Policy issues. .............. ........... SAGITTARIA - FrsEvent check passed" Question: I won't start the second controller yet, how can I leave one controller and fix this error?

Understood the problem.
The remaining domain controller was not an NTP server. After setting up, all errors from dcdiag disappeared after a few hours.

There is a suspicion that he still knows about the second CD and is trying to replicate the SYSVOL directory to it. Check if there is any mention of a dead CD in the AD Site and Services snap-in
