How to change Windows Server 2012 R2 font in terminal sessions?

Hi all! There is a terminal server on MS Windows Server 2012 R2 with the latest updates. We have just put into operation for the server 1C Enterprise + MS SQL Server 2012R2. But users immediately began to complain about the very small font in the terminal. I see it is possible, but the zoom slider is not available. Can someone tell me which way to look?

I did this experiment on another, exactly the same server, but alas. That option didn't work there.
Now I’m looking towards RDP 8.1, since a lot has been reworked in it and judging by the article below, you simply set the scale on your local machine, and then it is automatically applied on the server.

Everything is easy and simple to do. We do a search in the registry for the word LogPixels, and everywhere we change the value from 0x00000060 to 0x00000078 - i.e. from 100% to 125%, for reliability, I also made a script at the user's login with commands

REG ADD "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop" /v "LogPixels" /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000060 /f
REG ADD "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop" /v "Win8DpiScaling" /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001 /f

the second line - for correct scaling of old non-DPI-Aware applications, will work on the second user login, but this is an additional function.
