How do I remove insecure content from a site?

Hello, tell me please, there is a domain with ssl, but the opera swears that there is allegedly content from unsafe sources, tell me if there is any tool or scanner for specific detection? Manually removed all http but the problem remained

Open the site in Chrome, press F12, go to the Security tab. Everything is written and highlighted in color.
