How do I prevent emails sent using php from going to the spam folder?

Is it possible / how to solve this issue using php, i.e. on the sender side?
Thank you!

@gentee

I myself have recently leaned towards the idea of using third-party services to send emails.
For example, mandrill.com. They have everything set up there and they themselves are interested in getting letters. For testing, I sent it to gmail, yandex, mail - everywhere it came without problems. On my side I used PHPMailer.
It is problematic to send spam through them, as there are restrictions.

Here is a great video about email newsletters, of course, if we are not talking about spam
As already mentioned above, nothing depends on PHP
