. I have a foreign NameCheap account, but I always paid with Russian cards, and very soon (March 24) I will need to renew several domains, but Namecheap refuses to accept Russian VISA and MAsterCard cards.
Where can I issue a foreign virtual card?

Ask your EU/US friends to pay. Or themselves with a foreign card (there are people who, of course, do not issue them themselves, but already sell ready-made ones). It’s better to do this with the IP of the corresponding country (important! Not a VPN, they blocked accounts for changing the IP).
Another thing, what is all this for? Domains there have not been cheap for a long time, Russian-speaking clients are threatened to be kicked out on the 22nd ...
You can also extend it by transferring to another registrar, from a neutral country (for example, regway), and it accepts Russian cards or yoomoney, or crypto. It will come out cheaper.
