How do I make a proxy/mirror for my (blocked) site?

I have a website on tumblr.com. His IP is blocked by Roskomnadzor.
I don't want to redo the site, but I want to try to run it through a proxy for the end user.
In general, make an individual cgi-proxy for one site. It should be added that graphic content is served via https, and text content via http.
Is it possible? If so, how? Or maybe there are some resource mirroring technologies?

Nginx as a reverse proxy, in my opinion the most common solution. I need a VDS with root access and a domain, it's easy to set up, I can throw off an example of the config. However, the toggle switch may not like that all visits are from the same IP, and indeed this is not serious, unless the goal is to learn how to raise a reverse proxy.
