How do I know if my sites are not included in the search engine filter?

How can I find out if Google applies filters to one of my projects, or if they accidentally fell into a ban, somewhere you can see it, check how SEOs find out about it when they get to work?

Add the site to the webmaster panel, if there are bans, then there will be corresponding entries

Copy your content from the page and Paste it into the search if the site is banned, then the search engine will not give you out as a result of the search

But this is only partly true. Some information will be displayed there only in some cases.
