I made a new project, created an API key, inserted it, but after loading the map, an error occurs that either the curve key or the url is not correct, although everything is in place. Who faced similar?

In the console , check that the required APIs are enabled (this can be Geocoding API, Google Maps JavaScript API v3, Places API).
