This is 100% ... hype :) Any letter that you do not expect, where there is something for urgency, for the fact that something must be done without fail, attachments, links, documents with passwords - at best - on ... duplicity :)
Recently, the fashion has gone - to send a password-protected attachment, also of the type from "tax", "PFR", "business partner" with a password in the text (usually a cryptor in the attachment)
Move the mouse over the link so that you can see where it is leads - and you will immediately see :) that this is a divorce.

This is clearly a scam.
And what exactly is not clear. That's the calculation.
Most likely, you are prompted to do some action that requires confirmation. This action has a reference. That's all. Maybe it's something like 0-day. For example, example.com/givemoney.php?to=oksana.7vasilieva, then redirect to confirmation. In general, it is necessary to look at the link and where it leads (with automatic redirects disabled). If you're lazy, just send the email to spam.
