How do I join a VNXe 3100 storage system to a Windows Server 2008 domain?

People help configure the VNXe 3100 storage system as a file ball in a Windows Server 2008 domain.
With the standard settings
Settings - File Server Setup - add a file server - Name - ip of my network - mask - gateway? I write any of them 3 - Windows file resources - Join a domain - domain name - ip CD - Domain administrator login and password - When applying the settings, I get the following error "The domain controller could not be found in the Active Directory domain.
(Error code: 0x60008c5)"

do you have one of the domain controllers listed as a DNS server on the VNXe 3100 storage system? If not, I recommend you point it out and try again.
I also recommend "playing around" with the Kerberos and NTLM authentication settings in the domain. Perhaps your device does not understand Kerberos and you need to switch authentication to NTLM.
