How do I get documents for our (Russia) accounting department for Amazon AWS services?
The situation is this:
We pay for the server through a bank card. We transfer money from the company's account to the employee's card from which the servers are paid. We transfer money with the wording "under the report".
From Amazon we only receive emails with the amount of payment and a successful transaction. Can these letters be considered supporting documents (checks) from the point of view of our tax legislation?
Or somehow you need to get documents on paper from Amazon?
