How do I get billing details for AWS services?

Hello, I can't figure out how to get the details for the services used in aws. Roughly speaking, I have a service that I use, elastic transcoder, this service will be used by several environments, for example, a pro version of the project, and a dev version of the project. From aws, I can only get details on the service, but who used it I can’t, I don’t know if this is normal or not. But I would like to understand in what ways you can monitor expenses in more detail? I heard that the only way out is to spread my environments across different regions, then I will know exactly which environment and how much money it spends.
