How do I fix the error when composing or opening a message in Windows Live Mail 2012?

Here is an error when trying to create or open messages.
What I have already tried:
From here
Reinstalling the Windows Live Mail program, followed by cleaning the disk.
Through "programs and features" - "Restore all Windows Live programs"
What it costs:
Windows 7 (x64) Ultimate
Intel Core i3 3GHz, 4GB RAM

Remove Windows Live and install Mozzila Thunderbird

deleting contacts.edb helped
