How do I fix the display of a SharePoint Foundation site?

SP 2010 Foundatiion - suddenly became crooked on some computers, as if the styles were not loaded.
On some computers, this situation is in both IE and Chrome, and in some IE is crooked, but in Chrome everything is fine.
Maybe someone came across this, I don’t even know where to dig.

Figured it out - the problem was in KAV Web Control.
