Name of the bank - is it enough to write only the name there? In my case it will be - SBERBANK
What is the address of the savings bank and what is the second address of the same bank?
And how to fill in the TIN? The bank has 10 digits, but requires 12, you cannot skip this item

12-digit TIN - for individuals. 10 digit for legal.
here, in theory, they want from you not the TIN of the bank - but the TIN of the person who draws up all this.
