How do I download SWIG in order to download the pocketsphinx library?

I faced such a problem that speech_recognition is very slow and I looked that pocketsphinx is a lutshk, and in order to download pocketsphinx you need to download SWIG but I don’t quite understand how to do this or advise other libraries for voice recognition to text
