How do I download Adobe Edge Animate via Creative Cloud?

After the development of Edge Animate ceased, its download began to present certain problems. But the official Adobe resource provides instructions for downloading the archived version of Edge Animate.

But here's the problem: the key menu item called "VIEW PREVIOUS VERSIONS" is missing for some reason (most likely not only me).

I ask those who have information to share their experience. Thanks in advance!

I have. Opposite FIND Additional App, click on All Apps and select View Previous Version in the drop-down menu, everything is as in the screenshot...
There was the last CC update today - Version 3.7.0.272 released on 06/13/2016, try installing it.
PS For me, the discovery is that Edge has been discontinued.
