How do I change the settings of multiple identical layers in After Effects?

I'm starting to learn After Effects. I set some animation on one layer, and then made a duplicate. Now I have several layers with the same ones. Now I need to move the things that are shown in the image to change the animation time of all these layers. If you change it individually, it's too inconvenient. And, since they are absolutely identical, did I need to copy them at all?
