In opera, Yandex is registered by default in the choice of search engines, I add Google, but it does not appear in the list by default, but is added to another list, i.e. to use Google search, you need to prescribe g in the request, and this is a bit different. Changing the country in the Local State file also does nothing.
There is also a portable version of the opera, where everything is in order with the default search. Where is the configuration file located, where are the search engine settings?

Digging in the settings and in the files did not lead to anything. I solved the problem by reinstalling the program.
