How can I change the context menu in Explorer, under "This PC"?

I rummaged through a lot of information on the Internet, downloaded a lot of programs, with the help of all of them you can change the context menu for files, folders, the "This Computer" shortcut, the context menu on the desktop, etc., but I need to change the context menu in the " This PC" in File Explorer.

I also rummaged through the registry, but did not find the directory responsible for the context menu in this section.
