How do I build and deploy Windows 8.1 on client computers?

So, actually to the topic. There is Windows Server 2008R2 already configured. There are 30 computers of different brands. My goal is that on any computer it would be possible to install READY Windows 8.1 with the software I need over the network (the image is pulled from the server). If you can, provide resources and briefly explain the sequence (or not explain), and I'll figure it out. I know how to deploy clean Windows, but I can't figure out how to deploy Windows with the software I need. I would be grateful for links and other resources where I could read about this. Thank you.
