There was an experience of writing an application (not to be confused with an extension - these are different things). The difference between an application and an extension is that the application has some access to the system and through it, for example, you can manipulate the display of pages. It’s relatively easy to write an extension, applications are a little more complicated, but the problem is that a year and a half ago the documentation was poorly organized there and some things had to be reinvented.
