How did opera recognize me?

I did a clean installation of Windows, installed chrome, entered my Google account, installed opera, turned on vpn in opera, started typing in the address - the opera gave a prompt, then looked into the history - everything was full of what I had been doing since May ...
how is it in general? maybe the opera with chrome is somehow exchanged or that the ip on the router has not changed?
upd: in chrome I also turned on geolocation for Yandex - in opera, geolocation is not turned on, but showed my location on the Yandex map - this is with vpn enabled
