How critical are these errors for the operation of the HDD?

I bought a disk bu, after a while these errors got out. The disk is used in a home server with Nas4Free OS as a typical storage for multimedia and photos and a file washer.
Victoria doesn't remake them. Performed a low-level format before use.
The disk has an operating time of 50,000 hours.
