How correct is the approach to separate user and administrator at the mysql grant level when designing a CMS?

Hello, interested in the opinion of the developers. How correct is it to separate users when designing your own cms. For example, to view products and categories, use a user with privileges only to view categories and products, but with the ability to modify the order table.
And for the administrator to use a separate user who will already have broader rights?

From a CMS security and operational point of view, the idea of shared access is clearly a sound one. From a developer's point of view, this is a crazy idea (since developers, as a rule, are too lazy to mess around :-) ).
