How can you work legally with video content, or rather with films/series?

Hello.
How can websites like kinopoisk-hd, ivi, megogo, okko, etc. legally stream movies/series? What is the difference between them and the so-called pirate sites? Do they return some percentage of the profits or what?
How can a commoner stream movies/series on his site legally?

Copyright holders usually transfer exclusive rights to a work to some representative. In the Russian Federation, this is the Russian Authors' Society. It is with them that an agreement is concluded and the principle of payment is determined.
