How can you optimize the design of this site?

It seems that everything seems to be fine, but I feel that something is missing.

I would be grateful if you could provide details.

For some reason, information is duplicated in the header and on the main screen.
General information can be placed in a menu that hurts the eyes => the top of the header is not required at all.
The colors look skimpy, as do their sizes.
