Monitoring

How can you monitor temperature and humidity in a dozen wiring closets?

Greetings!
The task is to collect telemetry (temperature, humidity, discrete inputs (yes/no state), presence of water (option), input voltage (option)) from a dozen (or two or three) switching cabinets scattered around the facility (factory).
There are switches and all sorts of controllers in the cabinets.
A network and an RS-232/485 <-> Ethernet converter are available in each cabinet.
I would like to install a controller in each cabinet that can collect data on at least the temperature and humidity in the cabinet, as well as have discrete inputs (dry contacts) so that third-party equipment can transmit alarms to it.
The ultimate dream is the presence of a relay on the controller to switch something remotely.
All this should be transmitted to the network and displayed on some kind of common dashboard, from where the status of each cabinet will be visible.
There are a lot of standalone solutions, but I did not find centralized systems (badly searched?), At least for reasonable money. I am considering any options, from ready-made to finished ones, but not at the level of a bare Arduino board.
Maybe someone knows some solutions with the HTTP API so that you can attach your face?
