There is a problem. I think I know php. In theory, I understand everything, I can understand someone else's code or scripts. Something to change.
But I can’t create something of my own at all, I don’t even know where to start. How can you learn? Or find someone to help with it?

They copy someone else's. Copy, copy, copy, copy.
After repeated repetitions, they already begin to understand the principles and create their own.
Only in this way and in no other way will you begin to do something on your own.
