There is a site where users can upload their videos. There are a lot of rollers, so the question arose with their storage. There is an idea to upload them to youtube or somewhere else, and using the API of similar services, give them to the user. Or are there any other possible ways to solve the problem associated with their storage. It is not possible to increase storage space on the server itself.

If it is not technically possible to organize video hosting on your own,
then the easiest option would be integration with YouTube.
Api YouTube allows you to remotely upload videos to your account, and gives all the necessary information on how to show this video in the future.
