How can you identify a person by a public SSH key?

Hello!
I use one SSH key for everything (commits to commercial and public repositories, access to remote machines) /
How secure is it? Is it possible to somehow determine that the commits to the public GitHub repository were made using a specific key? Is it possible to somehow determine the person whose public key is displayed in the access logs (I see that in the public key there is a "name" like = [email protected]. Is this displayed in the logs?). Should I specify a name for the SSH key at all?
Thank you!

you can, and they do: commits are allowed from a specific host, login via SSH there, SSH is identified
